If you are due to attend an appointment at Corner House Dental Practice please be assured we will take all necessary precautions to protect you and our staff.
We have to follow strict Covid-19 infection control measures which includes continued wearing of face coverings unless medically exempt.
Our patient journey: Please arrive no more than10 minutes before your appointment time, please come alone (with the exception of children & carers) - on arrival please wait outside our front door, you do not need to knock or ring the bell. A nurse will greet you and ask you the following questions:
If you can answer YES to any of the above questions you will need to reschedule your appointment. If you answer NO to all of the above questions we will proceed as follows:
Please be aware of the following changes we have made to make the practice a safe environment for both patients and staff:
Due to occasional staff isolation requirements, it may be that appointments have to be cancelled at short notice, we apologise for this inconvenience.
Please be aware that we are an extremely busy practice so may not be able to answer your calls as quickly as we'd like to. We man our phone lines from 9am-4.30 pm and email enquiries will be actioned as quickly as possible during normal office hours Monday to Friday.
We are currently only able to see our own registered patients who have attended for regular dental health checks. If you are now having problems and haven't had a dental health check with us for over two years, we may not be able to see you.
There are still restrictions in place for some dental treatments which means that there is often a longer wait for appointments. Please be aware that our Hygienists are extremely busy and are currently booking at least four months in advance. We are constantly trying to manage this and hope to improve on the waiting times now that some restrictions have been lifted.
We thank you for taking the time to read this important Covid-19 message and appreciate your patience and understanding.
